Login to both the reseller accounts(old and new) on two browsers.
Old store (store.weblinknepal.com)
On the old Store, go to products menu -> list products options -> click the domain you want to move.
There is move services options on the top right on the domain view page.
- click on move services.
- put the customer id ( find it from your new reseller- described below )
- put the customer email ( find it from your new reseller- described below )
- make sure you you donnot have any blank spaces.
- If you have any pending transaction, you should cancel those transaction to move the domain.
- First login
- Go to customers menu -> Add customer.
- Fill the forms and add a customer and submit.
- Go to Customers menu -> list customers.
- You will get the Cusomter id and Customer email you just have created.
- This is the id and email you have to place on move services as I have described above.
